Checked out the recipe and this is actually way, way easier than I thought it would be. Too late for my Thanksgiving (mom was cool enough to have already ordered a soy-based turkey meal for one, so I guess I’ll report back on how that was) but definitely referencing this for Xmas and otherwise.
